A sacred ceremony where you will be thrust out of your mind and into your body. This is an oppurtunity to bring awareness into your soul through 3 potent practices. These include a guided breathwork session, an ice water plunge and purification of the body using a sauna.

This is an expansion of the 1 day folk of the hearth and is currently my most in depth offering. We will dive into 12 Norse archetypes over the course of 2 days and see how they connect to our subconscious mind. This event is filled with embodiment work and is fully catered for. Limited spaces.

Join us for a very special ritualistic sweat ceremony where we will dive into the 9 realms of Norse Mythology. Through this practice we will access parts of our subconscious we usually wouldn’t resulting in greater expansion within ourselves.
