In the times of our ancient ancestors sharing circles were common practice. They allowed a tribe to gather around a fire and speak openly about what is on their minds and hearts. This was considered to be a profoundly sacred and healing practice where many other activities such as dance, plant medicine, drumming and singing would take place. This is a practice which is almost entirely lost in the modern world and I invite you to re-live this ancient practice with our fellow brothers and sisters.

• Guided heroes journey meditation
